Individual and Family Work

We all feel irritable from time to time in our lives. Cognitive behavior therapy can help us examine our sadness, when we are stuck, when we have grief and when we are struggling with trauma.

I treat a variety of mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD and many more through psychodynamic and cognitive behavior therapy. Sometimes we have problems that go beyond basic struggles and need medication, and for that, I can refer you to a trusted, caring psychiatrist.

When working with individuals and with families, I am active, flexible and engaged. My focus is on attachment and emotional intimacy. As I see it, we are always in a relationship of some kind and those connections allow us to see ourselves in others and promote change.
